If something has gone wrong, or you think we could have done better, please tell us. It costs nothing to make a complaint, and we will deal with it fairly and as quickly as we can.
Tell us first
Most problems can be sorted out quickly once we know about them. Speak to your broker, or contact Jason Given, our director, directly. You can tell us by phone, by email or in writing. If you would rather we only contact you by email, or at certain times, tell us and we will stick to that.

It helps if you tell us what happened, when it happened and what you would like us to do about it, and send any emails or documents that relate to it. Someone else, such as a family member, friend or advocate, can make the complaint for you if you prefer.
What happens next
- We will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours (or one business day) of receiving it.
- We will look into it, keep you updated, and give you our final response within 30 calendar days.
- If we need more time, we will tell you why before the 30 days are up, and let you know that you can take your complaint to AFCA.
- If we cannot resolve it the way you asked, our response will explain why and set out where you can go next.

AFCA is an independent external dispute resolution scheme and is free for consumers. AFCA may ask that the complaint first goes through our process (or LMG's) before it looks at it. There are time limits for taking a complaint to AFCA, so do not leave it too long.
